Just a few minutes up the road, you can take in a bit of Texas history at the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary Church — the first Polish settlement in the U.S. But here at Pop’s, it’s all about good rest, good company, and the kind of quiet you only get out in the country.
